2022: The Gut Health Revolution
After years of experimenting, 2022 was when everything clicked. Whole foods. Real ingredients. Proper fibre. No nonsense. When I started eating this way, I felt satisfied after meals for the first time in years. My energy came back. My gut was happy. Life was good.
